All our pieces are made using the utmost quality fabric and materials.

In some cases, where indicated, we may use second-hand materials with the narrative of time written into the fabric. This is to encourage a second-life for premium, beloved textiles.

All of our custom-printed garments are dye pre-set and dry-clean friendly. For additional instructions for keeping your ZEPH garment at its best, see the individual product page or tag.

If you wish for a garment fitting, alteration, or customization, we are more than happy to arrange at our NYC studio. Additional fees may apply. Send inquires to zepherina@zepherina.com.

 

Ordering

Here at ZEPHERINA, we don't like to waste. Some of our pieces are made to order when your order is placed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship.

If purchasing during "Pre-Order,” you will be charged, in full, at the time of purchase. You will receive your item(s) between 1-3 months from the date of your order via the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

 

Delivery

We ship orders Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Orders placed with an expedited shipping option, available for an additional charge, must be placed by 12pm ET to ship the same business day; orders placed after 12pm ET will ship on the next available business day.

Returns

We want you to love your ZEPH piece and treat it as an heirloom. If you find this ZEPH garment is not the one for you, we offer store credit or exchange only.

We accept exchanges of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of the item's ship date, provided that all original tags are attached. You must first request the return by email, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs when shipping the garment back to us. Customized items and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.

Once your package reaches us, please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, we will issue you a store credit or the opportunity to exchange.

Please include the following in your request for a refund:

1. Order date & order #
2. Your full name & address
3. Your reason for return

We recommend you ship your return via a trackable and/or insured method. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
